Before working with Minda I had intense anger and resentment toward my mother-in-law. It was affecting almost all the other relationships in my life. It consumed me. I complained and vented about it to anyone who would listen. I thought I was making the right choices and establishing the right “boundaries” but I kept feeling worse than ever. I knew I had to make a change but I had no clue what to do. I felt sad and angry nearly all of the time. It made me feel like what was happening was completely unfair to me and like I was the victim in all of it. I was absolutely certain it was all her and not me.
